How to host a game in Windrose
To host a session in Windrose, start the game and click on the ‘Play’ button.
After that, select the option, “Host a game.”
Next, you must select the difficulty and exploration settings for the server. I recommend going with the ‘High Seas’ option while making sure the Shared Quest Progress is enabled.
Once you are in the “Host A Game” menu, set your server password and confirm.
Once you are in-game, you can press the ESC button and check the server info at the bottom.
You must copy and share the Invite Codes to players whom you want to play the game with. Or, you can host a public session.
How to join an existing server in Windrose
To join a server, make sure you have the invite code from the host. Assuming you already have it, click on the ‘Play’ button and select ‘Connect to server’ option.
Paste the code and join.
