Lake Cynon is the fourth region in the game that you visit after acquiring the Keystone of Grief from Vitalis in Vyssa Hills.
And unlike other areas in the game, it is small and doesn’t have that many POIs, since most of the things there are underground, within the Lymbic Forge and the dungeon before it.
However, despite that, we have a Vault of Forbidden Knowledge hidden in the area where you can find high-level weapons, Glyphs, and other things.
But, just like other vaults, to access it, you must solve a combination puzzle that represents human emotions.

Where to find Lake Cynon vault in Hell Is Us
You can find the Lake Cynon vault inside a cave whose entrance is near the shore, right below the public area with tables and collectible items at the end of the road.
Follow the downward slope and then the marked path in the above screenshot.
At the end of the path, on the right side, you will find the cave’s entrance.
Go inside.
Interact with the vault door.
