What is Vesna’s special dish in Genshin Impact?
Vesna’s special dish is called Hoarfrost Soup, a ⭐⭐⭐ dish. Unlike Odette’s Lakeside Snow Swan, which boosted ATK, this one boosts DEF.
When you consume Hoarfrost Soup, it increases all party members’ DEF by 282 for 300s.
Moreover, like any other dish, in Co-Op Mode this effect only applies to your own character(s).
Genshin Impact Hoarfrost Soup recipe
Hoarfrost Soup is a special version of an existing dish called Snowrealm Okroshkas, which you can make by cooking it with Vesna.
The major difference between the two dishes is that Snowrealm Okroshkas’ DEF boost is inferior to the special dish variant.

To make the special dish ‘Hoarfrost Soup’ in Genshin Impact, you must fulfill the following criteria:

- You must have Vesna by performing wishes on her banner.
- You must unlock the Snowrealm Okroshkas recipe.
Granted you meet the requirements, head to any Cooking Station or use the Stove tool.
Select Snowrealm Okroshkas from the list of items that you can cook.
You will find the ‘Select Character’ option on the top right side of the ‘Cook’ menu.
Make sure you have selected Vesna. If not, select her to cook Snowrealm Okroshkas and obtain Hoarfrost Soup.
Start ‘Cook Manually’ or ‘Auto Cook,’ depending on your ingredients and how many you want to cook.
