How to get the Confessional Flower Seed
In NTE, you can get the Confessional Flower Seed development material as a drop from the Serenetti boss.

If you have already unlocked the boss, you can open your Mobile menu and head to the Exploration Guide menu.
There, select the third option from the side menu and navigate to the ‘Anomaly Hunt’ tab.
You can find Serenetti in the list of bosses. Click on the ‘Go’ button and teleport.

You can find the Serenetti boss at Serenetti Manor, located near the Coastal Highway (z42).
Note
You can unlock the Serenetti boss by completing the Spin-Off quest, Where Worlds Sprout, Fall Unfolds.
Once you are at the boss’s location, fight and defeat him.
Interact with the Coal Lump’s Gift and claim the drops to get Confessional Flower Seed and other rewards.
