For players who don’t know, there is a hidden questline in the Snezhnaya region associated with a wooden cabin on ice and the NPC Chulkaturin.
You must complete this questline to unlock the hidden achievement The Cherry Orchard Has Been Sold while also earning a ton of rewards through the chests that you spawn at the end of each quest in the questline.
Now, the thing with this questline is that there’s no quest marker. And if you don’t pay attention to Chulkaturin’s dialogue, you don’t even realize that it’s a questline.
Some who do notice fail to find Chulkaturin’s next locations. This is where my guide comes in handy.
All Chulkaturin and his wooden cabin on ice locations in Snezhnaya
There are three quests in Chulkaturin’s questline, which means three locations where you can find him and his wooden cabin on ice to trigger and complete the quests.
You must visit each location and complete the respective quest in the listed order:

Location 1
The first spawn location for Chulkaturin is at the above-marked location in the Voltodlak Tundra sub-region.
Head there to start the first quest in the questline, Ever Beneath the Waves.
Location 2
After you complete the Ever Beneath the Waves quest, the next location where you meet Chulkaturin is in the Morepesok POI in the Everfrozen Earth region of Snezhnaya.
Head there. Behind the Fishing Association NPC, you will find the wooden cabin on ice.
Once you are close, you will start The Sunken Ship Sailed Past, Ringing No Bells quest.
Location 3
After you complete The Sunken Ship Sailed Past, Ringing No Bells quest, the final location where you will find Chulkaturin is at the above-marked location in the Fellfrost Peak sub-region of the Snezhnaya region.
Head there and finish the final quest, In the Tranquility of Cycles.
