Where to find the Storage Room key in The Capitol Globe
In The Division 2, you can find the Capitol Globe Storage Room Access Code in the main offices area, within the Meeting Room.
You can find the Meeting Room at the above marked location. Head inside and interact with the cabinet.

Where to find the Storage Room in The Capitol Globe and how to open it
You can find the Storage Room in the main offices area, the same area where you got the key. Head to the above-marked location, and you will find the door and keypad.
I have marked it on the map above to make it easier for players. Head there, and you will find the Storage Room.
Interact with the keypad and head inside the room.
Shoot the padlock and exit the room.
Go through the Print Room door, to the left of the Storage Room door.
On the right side, you will find the other door leading to the Storage Room. Assuming you destroyed the lock, you will now be able to open it.
Collect the Server Memory Module and Sixty Seconds Audio Log.
