Turning off electrified water in McMillan Reservoir Assault Classified Assignment
In The Division 2, to turn off the electrified water in the starting area of the McMillan Reservoir Assault Classified Assignment, you need to turn off two Generators found in the area.
Once you arrive in the area with the electrified water, climb up the cars and make your way towards the silos.
If you look to your right, you can spot one of the generators. You can access it from the other side. More on this below.
Follow the platform to reach the silos area.
Take the first silo door to reach the other side.
The second generator is on a platform between the two Silos.
Go through the second Silo and look on the left side. You will spot concrete slabs that you can climb. Do it.
Turn off the generator. After that, drop down.
Now, head towards the face of the truck as marked in the above screenshot.
Climb up and follow the path. You will reach the second generator. Turn it off.
Once done, you can access the gate, previously inaccessible due to electrified water.

Go through the gate and enter the Silo found at the above player icon location.
