Whether you are stuck at the “Collect Furniture” task in Neverness To Everness (NTE) or want to know how to complete the different Property Renovation Guide tasks, I’ve got you covered with this guide.
The Property Renovation Guide works just like the Exploration Guide, where instead of open-world and activities-related tasks, you complete certain housing-related tasks to earn Fons and, most importantly, Dreamless Seed.
For players who don’t know, Dreamless Seed is a key upgrade material that you need to increase your character’s Life Skills.
That said, some of the tasks in the Property Renovation Guide are also indirectly associated with other challenges and tasks. And thus, you must know how it works to clear tasks like collecting Furniture and others.

How to collect Furniture
In NTE, ‘Collecting Furniture’ means claiming them after obtaining them from quests, rewards, in-game vendors, and purchases, and such methods.
To do that, open the Phone menu and head to the ‘City Tycoon’ option.
In the City Tycoon menu, select the ‘Property’ option.
There, you will find the list of Properties in the game, the ones that you own, the Furniture Collection menu, and the Property Renovation Guide.
Select the ‘Furniture Collection’ option.
There, navigate through the tabs. You will find various pieces of Furniture, along with those you can collect.
How to get Green, Purple, and other rarity Furniture
In NTE, you can get Furniture from the following sources:
- Quest and activity rewards
- The DeLuxur Decor shops
- The Moby-Dick Bookstores
- Hillside Blooms Florists shops
- Claw Machines
- Oops! Chest Gift shops
- Lively Green Plants shops
- Electronics shops, etc.
Where to buy Furniture
You can buy Furniture from multiple vendors and gift shops, most of which I have mentioned above. However, for key furniture items, the best place is the DeLuxur Decor shops. One of which you can find at the above marked location.
Head to the location and make your way towards the reception.
Talk to Dorn and choose the ‘I’d like to buy something.’ option.
Select the Furniture you want and complete the purchase.
Property Renovation Guide
The Property Renovation Guide in NTE focuses primarily on the two Furniture types and their different rarities.
One is the basic Furniture you can purchase, steal, or obtain from the sources I mentioned earlier.
The second is the Anomaly Furniture that you get after defeating or clearing any anomaly.
Once you are in your property, open the quick menu.
On the right dial, you will find four options:
- Anomaly Furniture
- Regular Furniture
- Property Renovation Guide
- Inviting characters
Based on the task, choose one of the options and complete it to progress the Property Renovation Guide.
