As the name suggests, Data Reconstruction 2 is the second part of a three-part contract from the NuCaloric faction in Marathon.
While part 2 of the quest is relatively easier compared to the first and third parts, there are still some players who get stuck at it.
For them, this walkthrough will be handy.
Data Reconstruction 2 contract overview
You unlock the Data Reconstruction 2 after completing the Introducing: NuCaloric contract given by the CyAc faction and the Survival Directive and Data Reconstruction 1 contracts from the NuCaloric faction.
In this contract, you must:
- Download harvest logs from second-floor terminal of Algae Ponds (0/1)
- Hack Data Repositories along the catwalk in AI Uplink (0/3)

Data Reconstruction part 2 contract walkthrough
The Data Reconstruction Part 2 takes you to the Dire Marsh map. Set a loadout and start a run.
Thankfully, you can complete the two objectives in any order as both are unlocked. So, depending on your spawn, either make your way to Algae Ponds or AI Uplink.
Download harvest logs from second-floor terminal of Algae Ponds
You can find the terminal at the above marked location in the Algae Ponds POI.
It is on the second floor. In the room that you see in the above screenshot.
Go near the terminal and interact with it.
Doing so will download the harvest logs and progress the contract.

Hack Data Repositories along the catwalk in AI Uplink
You can find the three Data Repositories to hack at the above marked location. Head there.
Once you are at the AI Uplink POI, make your way to the catwalk marked in the above screenshot.
Look at the base of the pillars, and you will find the Data Repositories.
You don’t have to exfil to keep your progress. Also, you can complete the objectives in multiple runs.
