For players who don’t know, The Division 2’s latest Classified Assignment, added with Y8S1, Library of Congress Retrieval, has multiple sections with no quest markers and puzzles that many players get stuck on.
One such point is at the beginning, where you are tasked with getting to the Inner Library through the Exhibition Rooms, which are locked and require the Librarian’s Credentials.

Where to find Librarian’s Credentials
To find the Librarian’s Credentials, head to the ground floor of the Lobby area.
Right down the stairs, near one of the pillars, you will find a small generator, as you see in the above screenshot.
Interact with it to turn it off.

Once done, head past the generator and turn right. Now, follow the path ahead.
You will arrive at the Librarian’s office.
Head inside and interact with the book on the bookshelf. Doing so will move a shelf, unveiling a hidden safe.
After that, interact with the photo on the wall.

Now, interact with the button to unlock the hidden safe.
There you go. Inside the safe, you will find the Librarian’s Credentials.
