The Generalist is the first NPC available to the players since Day 1 in the Village area, offering players a ton of weapons, attachments, furniture, and other items.
He also has a long list of Tasks, like Prime Time, that players can complete to earn free rewards, including an in-game Map, the Key to Attic Shelter, and more.

Where to find the Generalist NPC
In Road to Vostok, you can find the Generalist NPC near the Central Village area, right next to the pond near the railroads.
First, exit your Cabin Shelter, then head straight and follow the railroad on the right.
Keep following the railroad until you see a big building on your left.

Make your way to the other side of the building.
Enter the ground floor using either of the two doors.
And there you go. There you will find the Generalist NPC.
