The Water Lock, aka W. Lock, is one of the key items that you need for crafting an item called Kilju.
You need Kilju to complete a Task from the Generalist NPC called Homemade to get the Attic Key.
And, while other items required for crafting Kilju are somewhat easy to find, many players get stuck at the W. Lock part, as they don’t even know what they are looking for and where to find it.
Seeing that, I prepared this handy guide covering the different ways to get W. Lock, including a guaranteed one.
How to get Water Lock
In Road to Vostok, you can get W. Lock from completing the Doctor NPC’s Task called Hypovolemia.
To complete it, you need three Saline, which you can find in the various Medical Containers located in the buildings across the different maps.
The Doctor NPC also sells Saline. So make sure to check his catalog too.
The Doctor NPC is found on the third floor of the School building in the School map. Once you arrive at the building, head through the main door.
Take the stairs.
Once you arrive on the third floor, the first room on your right is where you find the Doctor NPC.
Head inside, talk to the Doctor, select the Task tab, and navigate to Hypovolemia. Submit the three Saline to receive the W. Lock.

That said, you can also find Water Lock as a random drop from containers, on ground loot and from bandits.
