Whether you are looking for the clues to the Y8S1 Scout 3 High Value Target 1 Manhunt in The Division 2 or want to know how and the best way to complete each of the three objectives, I’ve got you covered with this guide.
As you may already know, after the short anniversary season, Y8S1, finally kicked off a new series of Scount Manhunts in The Division 2 that players can complete to earn the new BTSU Firmware, a ton of XP, high-tier gear, and a plethora of other lucrative rewards.
The Scout 1 or Week 1, whatever you like to call it, tasked players with certain objectives within the Federal Triangle area, and Week 2 was based around the Hyenas faction.
And fast-forward to Tuesday, April 14: the Week 3 Scout 3 Manhunt centers on the True Sons faction and the survivors.
But as always, since there’s no clear direction on the exact objectives, many players struggle, and so, like always, I am here with my handy guide.
How to access Manhunt in The Division 2
In case you are a new or returning player, you can access the Manhunt menu via the map menu.
Once in the Manhunt menu, you can see the current Manhunt. Navigate to Scout 3 and activate it.
The hint for Objective 1 is always unlocked, while others unlock as you complete previous objectives.

The Division 2 Y8S1 Scout 3 Manhunt solutions
The Clue for Objective 1 is, “The Outcasts may have left intel on the Draugr at a Control Point in Constitution Hall.”
Objective 1 solution: Capture the Haunted House Control Point in Constitution Hall.
Open your map and head to the Haunted House Control Point. If you have already cleared all Control Points, reset them via the map menu and clear again.
Once you clear the Control Point, you will complete Objective 1 and unlock the clue for Objective 2.
The Clue for Objective 2 is “An informant with information about the Draugr has been captured and needs rescue.”
Objective 2 solution: Complete the Outcast Hostage Rescue Operation Activity.
The Hostage Rescue activity appears with the Yellow Handcuff icon, as shown in the screenshot above.
Once you are at its location, defeat the enemies, collect the key, defeat the next waves of enemies, and then unlock the door and rescue the people there.
Doing so will complete Objective 2 and unlock the clues for Objective 3.
Note: If the Rescue Operation activity is not spawning, clear a few Public Executions in the area, and it will pop up.
The Clue for Objective 3 is “Eliminate the Draugr.”
Objective 3 solution: Complete Bounty: The Draugr.
To complete it, open your map and head to the Bounties tab. After that, click on the Bounty icon in the Constitution Hall area.
Track the bounty and head to its location. Clear the enemies and enter the building through the windows.
Clear the second wave of enemies in the area to unlock the door.
Go through the door and climb up the window.
Cross the room with the mannequins to reach the final location, where you must clear another wave of enemies to spawn the Draugr.
Once you clear the bounty, you will complete objective 3 and finish the Y8S1 HVT 1.
