Hytale is a sandbox game where you can use mounts to get from one location to another.
However, unlike most games where you can get mounts as a part of the introductory quest or from NPC vendors, the process of getting a mount in Hytale is different.
And since, just like games like Minecraft, Hytale offers an endless procedurally generated world with multiple zones, regions and biomes, to effectively move around, you need a mount. It is a must.
So if you don’t know how to get one, this guide will come in handy!

Here is the list of mounts currently available in Hytale:
- Horse
- Camel
- Tetrabird

How to get a mount
To get a mount in Hytale, you simply have to interact with it, and you will be able to ride it.
Currently, taming is not available in the game.
