For players who don’t know, as you explore the Volkodlak Tundra in the Snezhnaya region, you come across a Jack Frost near a bunch of Igloos.
When you approach him, he will tell you about his friends, and for some reason, they have left him.
The goal? To find the missing friends. No quest, no marker, just a simple request.
Finding the friends is easy, but I know some of you might get stuck. So here’s my guide to the activity location and the friends.
Where to find Jack Frost looking for his friends?
In Genshin Impact, you can find Jack Frost looking for his friends near the Igloo village found near the cliff in the Volkodlak Tundra at the above-marked location.
Head there, and you will find Link constructs that you can use to reach the top. There’s also a path on the left side leading towards the village.
The Link constructs will take you directly to Jack Frost for the activity.
Once you are at the top, go near the Jack Frost standing near the lamp.
Finding Jack Frost’s friends
Talk to Jack Frost to trigger the activity.
Exhaust the dialogues. TLDR, the Jack Frost had three friends. They left him near the lamp and didn’t return. And thus, he is sad and wants you to look for them.
The first friend is found at the marked location above.
Head there, and you will see a Snowball moving back and forth. Paimon will tell you that a Jack Frost might be trapped inside.
Well! Paimon is correct. Break the snowball using any attack. Once you do that, the Jack Frost will run back to his friend.
Now, head back to the Jack Frost near the lamp.
Keep following the straight path until you reach the area marked in the above screenshot. That is where you will find the second friend.
Once you are close, Paimon will hint you about a strange hook on the ground.
Build a Grapple Gun construct near it. It will auto-pull the grapple and free the stuck Jack Frost—the second friend.
He will also run back to the Jack Frost near the lamp.
Now, head back. The Jack Frost will thank you for finding his friends.
Collect the chest rewards.
Now, if you notice, the door of the igloo behind the Jack Frost near the lamp is now open.
Head inside and you will find another chest. Open it to get “Open Wide!” Furniture Blueprint and Adventure EXP x30.
