Don’t know the correct answer to the Nested Dolls mini-game in Snezhnograd City in Genshin Impact? No worries. I’ve got you covered with this guide.
For players who don’t know, as you explore Snezhnograd City, you will find multiple NPCs with a locked chest near them that you can unlock by playing and winning their mini-game.
Sometimes it’s answering questions; sometimes it’s listening to their hints and solving a short puzzle. And so on.
While they look simple and technically are, many players still get stuck on these activities, like the Witch’s Grand Prize puzzle.
The same is true for Pelageya’s Nested Dolls mini-game.
In this guide, I’ll explain how you can complete the Nested Dolls mini-game and unlock the grand prize.
Pelageya’s Nested Dolls mini-game location

In Genshin Impact, you can find Pelageya’s Nested Dolls mini-game at the above-marked location in the Snezhnograd city of the Snezhnaya region.

Once you arrive there, you will find Pelageya’s tent.

Talk to her.

Exhaust her dialogue and at the end, select, “I want to give it a try.” Doing so will start the mini-game.
Pelageya’s Nested Dolls mini-game solution – How many dolls are inside?

The Nested Dolls can have either 8, 9, or 10 dolls. During my run with the mini-game, I found that no matter what option you choose, the answer will always be different.
So Pelageya might be just another con. Or, maybe, I chose the wrong options each time. Anyways, to complete the mini-game, the easiest way is to exhaust all answer options.

When you are asked how many dolls there are. Choose one. Pelageya will say, you were close and whatnot.

Now, talk to her again and start the mini-game once more. This time, choose the next answer option.
Repeat the same step once more to select the last option. Once you do that, the chest will unlock.
Here’s a video of me completing Pelageya’s Nested Dolls mini-game:

Open the chest to get the Tall-Capped Sentinel and Adventure EXP x30.
There’s also a funny interaction you can have with Pelageya after collecting the rewards from the chest.

When you talk to her, she will say, “Please don’t cry,” multiple times while sharing some lore on the Tall-Capped Sentinel.
