Don’t know where to find the Hoarder in The Division 2? I’ve got you covered with this guide.
For players who don’t know, the Hoarder is a unique enemy that you need to complete certain seasonal quests and challenges, for farming unique Exotics, and such things.
A great example is the Anniversary Journey Mission 3, where players are tasked with finding and eliminating the Hoarder.
And just like Snitch or Cassie, finding the Hoarder is difficult, especially for players who don’t know where to look.
In the wake of that, I prepared this handy guide covering the different Hoarder spawns in The Division 2.
Best spawn location for the Hoarder in The Division 2
One of the most consistent Hoarder spawns in The Division 2, and my personal favourite, is the DZ South Main Entrance.
Teleport there.
Once you spawn, move your camera towards the right, and you will find a path past the truck. Take it.
At the end, look on the left, and you will find the first and most consistent Hoarder spawn.
As you can see in the screenshot above, even while I was working on this guide, he spawned there.
Defeat him.
If he doesn’t spawn from that manhole, head straight.
You will find another manhole from which he spawns.
Sometimes, he also spawns near the road.
Best way to farm Hoarder in The Division 2
The best way to farm Hoarder is by teleporting to the DZ South Main Entrance and checking the manholes in the area from where he spawns, logging out of the game and then logging back in to reset the spawn.
As you can see in the above screenshot, once I logged out of the game and logged back in, he once again spawned near the same manhole for me.
Now, it depends on RNG. So don’t be surprised if he doesn’t spawn. Just log out, then log back in, and repeat the process.
Other good Hoarder spawn locations in The Division 2
There are multiple more Hoarder spawns. I have shared some of the better ones below:
Jefferson Trade Center
Jefferson Trade Center is yet another great Hoarder spawn in The Division 2. Teleport there.
Once you spawn, turn around and head towards the manhole at the other side of the road, near the NYPD vehicle.
If the Hoarder doesn’t spawn there, head straight on the road towards both left and right to find more manhole spawns.
DCD Headquarters
The DCD Headquarters is like an okay-ish, Hoarder spawn. Teleport there.
Follow the straight path and exit the area.
Once you are outside, turn right and head straight, and you will find the manhole in the parking lot from where the Hoarder spawns.
The Division 2 Hoarder drops
Here are the unique drops from the Hoarder:
- Harvest (Sidearm): A powerful pistol often used in high-damage builds.
- Chill Out (Mask): Known for having two mod slots.
- Festive Delivery (Backpack): Causes enemies to explode into fireworks when killed.
- Oh, Carol (Marksman Rifle): A rifle that fires festive confetti.
- Sleigher (SMG): Fires snowballs.
Note
The harder the open world difficulty, the more Exotic and high-tier loot he drops.
