For players who don’t know, there are two types of SHiFT codes currently shared for Borderlands 4. One rewards you with Golden Keys that you can use in-game to open the Golden Chests.
Meanwhile, the other codes reward you with cosmetic items for Vault Hunters, Echo-4, weapons and such. You must also claim them at the earliest, as they expire after a certain time.

How to redeem SHiFT codes
There are two ways to redeem SHiFT codes in Borderlands 4:
You can head to the SHiFT Rewards page, log in to your account and then enter the active codes from the above list in the given field and click on the ‘Check’ button.
After that, you can select your platform to claim the rewards.
Alternatively, you can use the SHiFT option available in the main menu and navigate to the Rewards tab to claim the codes.
SHiFT codes FAQ
Every SHiFT code has a different expiration date. Golden Keys one usually expire in a week, while the Cosmetic ones expire after years.
Sometimes, you may get an error while using a SHiFT code. Make sure to check in-game or the Rewards History tab to check if you got the reward. Also, make sure your internet connection is working fine.
No! All you need is a SHiFT account. You can claim the codes and store the rewards. When you purchase the game, make sure to use the same SHiFT account to play to get the rewards.
Some SHiFT codes are a part of promotions by 2K, and they require you to link your 2K account to your SHiFT account. You can link it here.
