In Wuthering Waves, you can get the Suncoveter’s Reach as a drop from the Hyvitia boss.
Once you defeat the boss, claim the rewards, and based on your Union Level and RNG, you will get a 2-4 Suncoveter’s Reach.
As for the boss’s location, you can find him at the Sundermere POI in the Starward Riseway sub-region of Lahai-Roi region.
