It takes around 18 to 24 hours to beat RE9 for an average player.
The actual time varies on a player-to-player basis and the difficulty on which you are playing the game.
That said, both Leon’s part of the story and Grace’s part have the same playtime, which is around 9 or so hours each.
How long does it take to Platinum?
The time required to Platinum the game depends on your approach. If you follow the trophy guide and route shared below, you can platinum the game in one go, but if you do blind runs, it will take multiple playthrough increasing the time.

Are there any missable trophies in Resident Evil Requiem?
Yes! Except for nine story-related trophies and a few very basic ones like Out of Sight, Out of Mind, The Ol’ Fashioned Way, etc, every other trophy is missable.
