The Division Resurgence’s open world features locked safes with artifacts nearby that either contain the safe code or a hint to it.
One such Safe is found within a tent in the Pennsylvania Plaza, along with an artifact called Birthday Gift.
While some players decipher the code, others struggle. For the latter, this guide will be handy.
Pennsylvania Plaza Safe location
You can find the Pennsylvania Plaza’s “Birthday Gift” Safe at the player icon location above.
Head there, and you will find a tent.
On the table, in front of it, you will find the Birthday Gift artifact that holds the code.

Check Code Clue 10 in the Database
When you interact with the Safe inside, you will get the text, “Check Code Clue 10 in Database.”
While there’s no need to check it as you can directly enter the code, still, for the future, here’s how to check collected artifacts.
- Open the main menu and select the ISAC Database option.
Head to the ‘Collectibles’ tab and select the ‘Artifacts’ option.
There, click on the ‘Cryptic Clues’ option.
In the list, you will find every artifact you have collected so far. Select the one that you need and read its description for safe code hints.
Code Clue 10 – Birthday Gift safe code
The code to the Safe at Pennsylvania Plaza is 1105.
When you read the Birthday Gift artifact, you will see that it mentions “I locked it in a box in my tent, and changed the code to celebrate that glorious moment!”
The glorious moment he talked about was Tuesday, 11/05.
And that is it, that is the safe code.
The safe holds a ton of Credits, upgrade materials, and a few other rewards, with the most unique one being a high-tier M32A1 Grenade Launcher Chipset – Precision Fire.
