Prime Time is one of the ‘Easy’ tasks that you can get and complete from the Generalist NPC to get the Television for your Shelter as a reward.
While the task is simple, many players still struggle because it requires them to find Toilet Paper, with no details on where to look.
In the wake of that, I prepared this handy guide covering the Prime Time task and details on where to find Toilet Paper in the game.
Prime Time task
To complete the Prime Time task, you don’t have to make the task active. All you need is the Toilet Paper. Once you have it, you can submit it to the Generalist NPC in the Village area.
If you don’t know where to find the Generalist NPC, he is on the ground floor of the big building with the Attic Shelter.

Assuming you have the Toilet Paper, interact with the Generalist and click on the ‘Task’ button found next to the ‘Supply’ in the middle.
From the task list, select ‘Prime Time’ and click on the ‘Start Delivery’ button.
After that, select Toilet Paper in your inventory, then click the ‘Complete’ button to finish the task.
The TV is added to your Furniture menu, not to your inventory. So don’t worry about it.
Whenever you head to your Shelter, press the F1 key to access the Shelter Customization menu, where you can find the obtained TV and other furniture.

Where to find Toilet Paper
In Road to Vostok, you can find Toilet Paper from the different loot cabinets as an RNG drop.
However, one of the most consistent spawns that I found in my playthrough was looking for them in the bathroom of the two-story building found in the Village area.
From the Cabin Shelter, head straight and turn right. Follow the above marked path leading to the house.
Enter the house and take the stairs to reach the ground floor.
As soon as you reach the ground floor, turn right and follow the path. You will find a door on the right side, go through it.
As you can see in the screenshot above, the Toilet Paper is in plain sight.
Go near it and interact to collect it.
Now, one thing to note here is that the spawn is still random but more consistent.
So while you are on supply runs, make sure to check the bathrooms and toilets in the buildings. Especially the one I talked about in this guide, as I have found a better spawn rate there.
