Jared Nash, aka Snitch, is an information broker in the game who you need to get the location of Cassie Mendoza, an NPC vendor.
Along with a High Value Target bounty, which you can stack and clear whenever you want, for some high-tier rewards.
You also need them for completing certain challenges and seasonal quests. And so, if you are looking for them, this hub page will come in handy as I track and update their locations with each reset.
Snitch location today
You can find Snitch at the location marked above near the American History Museum.
Select the American History Museum found in the East Mall area and teleport there.
Once you spawn, look to your right side, and you will find a door. Go through it.
Once you are on the other side, look at the stall on the right side.
Just follow the marked path as shown in the above screenshot.
There, you will find Snitch.
Note: If there are enemies nearby. Snitch will go off and start fighting them.
As you can see in the above screenshot, there were a few enemies, and Snitch went to fight them, leaving his spawn spot.

Cassie Mendoza’s location today
You can find Cassie Mendoza at the above player icon location in the West End area.
Teleport to any nearby location, then make your way to the player icon.
You will arrive at the building shown in the screenshot above. Head inside.

Go down the stairs, and you will find Cassie on the left side of the room, along with many other NPCs.
Interact with her to check her inventory.
